How have 'Dong Jang Youn Dha' been made :
'Dong Jang Youn Dha' is made only with wild tea leaves from high mountains, clean water to blanch the leaves and a little bit of bay salt. All processes are done by handworks of local people and people from the 'Dong Jang Youn Dha' community constantly put efforts on fair shares and raising pride for the locals.
How to eat 'Dong Jang Youn Dha' :
"Put 5g of 'Dong Jang Youn Dha' leaf into 180ml water at 194-203℉(90-95℃)"
1. Spread a white and clean fabric and put teapots and teacups on it.
2. Appreciate the organic harmony of colours and textures among the fabric, earthen teapots and teacups.
3. Boil water. When the water boils up to 212℉(100℃), reduce the heat and simmer 3 more miniutes.
4. Warm teapot with the boiled water and then drain the water. With the water, drain your busy mind, too.
5. Put 5g 'Dong Jang Yound Dha' leaf into the warmed teapot and pour 180ml boiled water.
6. Wait 30-40 seconds, and then pour it into a teacup. After drinking the third cup, extend 10 more seconds for each cup. With only 5g ‘Dong Jang Youn Dha' tealeaf, more than 5 cups of tea would be made.
7. After the first 1-2 cups, the amount of water and waiting time could be changed based on your preference.
